You could probably also add a third "vibe" spectrum of dark vs light. Befriending dictators out of strength might be a dark dove policy, going to war to save civilians might be a light hawk policy. Kissinger is mostly seen as a dark drone, but you could imagine a benevolent world government that serves as a light drone.
